Thomas gets to grips with the latest Stormtrooper to join the ranks of the Empire in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

The newest figure from the upcoming Star Wars video game Jedi Fallen Order has just been released in Europe – the Purge Stormtroopers. They are a shared exclusive over here but in the US, it is specifically a GameStop exclusive and will be released on November 15th.

People who are familiar with the canon comics already know these troopers, they appeared in the Darth Vader series taking place after Revenge of the Sith. These troopers have a clone armor with a stormtrooper pauldron and the helmet of clone airborne troopers but all painted in black. This is the first time Hasbro is doing the airborne helmet so this could mean clone airbornes from Commander Cody’s 212th Attack Batallion are not far away!

Hasbro is re-using their previous clone trooper sculpt with a different soft goods kama adapting it to how it is on this trooper. The paint apps are good and so are the white and red marks on the armor.

Hasbro has nailed the airborne helmet, it feels very accurate.

This figure has 22 points of articulation and comes with a blaster and a blaster rifle which are simple repaints. It’s a sober dark grey except for the cell generator on the rifle it’s a light grey.
