Black Series Review | Zorii Bliss (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker)

Thomas barters passage to Kijimi for a rendezvous with Hasbro’s Zorii Bliss from The Rise Of Skywalker

The latest Hasbro Star Wars: The Black Series wave is now reaching European shores and it contains Zori Bliss, a Knight of Ren, a Sith Jet Trooper, Count Dooku and Commander Bly.

Zori Bliss comes complete with her two blaster pistols. The guns actually have some details and are painted in black, gold and a bit of red. They have a design reminiscent of pirate guns, which is cool considering Zorii is a spice runner, so a bit of a pirate. She has 19 points of articulation, so you can get some great action poses. Though, as she has high heel boots, you need some patience to pose her so she doesn’t fall. Her outfit has good paint apps and is screen accurate. It was carefully detailed, especially the belt and the helmet. It is a simple design but efficient, with these colors, somehow it reminds me of Zam Wesell from Attack of the Clones.

Zorii comes with an awesome surprise – a removable visor. If you haven’t read it online or seen promotional pictures, there’s no way of knowing this because when you look at the visor there’s nothing that really indicates it’s removable. Thus as you can guess, it’s a bit tricky to remove it. If you don’t have long nails, you’re sure to spend a few minutes trying to remove it. Hasbro really nailed it with the digital face print tech!

Final Thoughts:

It’s a great addition to The Rise Of Skywalker roster and hopefully, we’ll get a Poe Dameron figure to go with it!
