Go behind the scenes of The Mandalorian Season 2 on Christmas Day
After what was a stellar and insightful debut season, What’s On Disney Plus has confirmed that the second season of Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian will debut on Christmas Day. The series will peel back the curtain and take us behind-the-scenes of The Mandalorian Season Two just days after the twin suns have set of the season finale!

Here’s the official line:
The second season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian comes to an end on Friday, December 18th and fans won’t have to wait too long for a little more Mandalorian content as Disney Australia has announced that the popular behind the scenes series, “Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian” will be returning for a second season on December 25th.
No other details have yet been revealed on the second season, such as who will be involved in the roundtable discussions and how many episodes there will be. Depending on when this series was filmed, it might look different to the first if it was made after the Coronavirus forced productions to shut down.
In the first season, the eight-episode documentary series that pulled back the curtain on The Mandalorian. Each chapter explores a different facet of the first live-action Star Wars television show through interviews, behind the scenes footage, and roundtable conversations hosted by Jon Favreau.

No released schedule has yet been revealed, however, the first season of the show was released weekly, so it’s likely that the second season will follow a similar release schedule to make the most of the hype around the show.
This is fantastic news. Season one of Disney Gallery was a fascinating look at the production of The Mandalorian and revealed the love, care, and attention every single member of the cast and crew brought to the project – and I cannot wait for another season.
This is the way – and Christmas Day is the day!

Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian season one is available to stream on Disney+ now.
