Fans will get to explore a younger incarnation of Fennec Shand alongside Clone Force 99
Fennec Shand actress Ming-Na Wen recently confirmed via an interview with StarWars.com that she will be reprising her role in the upcoming Disney+ series The Bad Batch. Wen will be providing the voice for the assassin in the animated Clone Wars spin-off.
The character of Fennec Shand first appeared in chapter 5 of the first season of The Mandalorian. Supposedly left for dead, we find out in the second season, specifically in chapter 14 that she was, in fact, still alive, having been saved by bounty hunter Boba Fett. She has since also returned in the most recent episode of the show, Chapter 15: The Believer.

Most well known for her role as Melinda May in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Wen is no rookie when it comes to voice acting. She voices the title character in the animated Disney film, Mulan.
It is very exciting to hear that we are going to get to learn about some of the early days of this mysterious assassin.
