Star Wars legend Mark Hamill opens up about his surprise return to the galaxy far, far away in The Mandalorian
Still feeling the love after his surprise cameo in The Mandalorian season finale, Mark Hamill has thanked The Makers. In a touching post on social media, the Star Wars legend showed his appreciation to Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni – the duo who made it all possible.
Sometimes the greatest gifts are the most unexpected and something you never realized you wanted until it was given.#ThankYouJonAndDave 🙏 pic.twitter.com/4nNjSvbvIN

The Mandalorian was the last of many sensational Star Wars finales in 2020. The Clone Wars finale delivered a touching farewell, but Hamill’s surprise appearance was a masterstroke. And it is a delight to see Hamill still loving life as Luke Skywalker some forty years after his debut.

The Force is strong with this one.
