
Feast your eyes on the concept art revealing the new look Federation fleet from Star Trek Discovery Season 3
Just days after the conclusion of Star Trek Discovery Season 3, CBS All Access has shared some juicy concept images of the new-look Federation Fleet.
32nd CENTURY FEDERATION
The starships, many of which now boast detached warp nacelles include the 32nd-century version of the iconic U.S.S. Voyager. The famous vessel captained by Kathryn Janeway in Star Trek: Voyager. Also revealed in all their glory are the U.S.S. Jubayr, the U.S.S. Annan, the U.S.S. Nog, the U.S.S. Le Guin, and the U.S.S. Maatha.
The U.S.S. Maatha has been named after Nobel Peace Prize winner and founder of the Green Belt Movement, Wangari Maathai. The U.S.S. Le Guin is devoted to sci-fi and fantasy writer Ursula Le Guin. And the U.S.S. Nog is named in tribute to Aron Eisenberg.
