Pre-orders have gone live for The Beast From 20, 000 Fathoms Rhedosaurus statue from Star Ace’s Ray Harryhausen 100 collection. The breathtaking 12.5″ vinyl statue depicts the beast as it rampages through the city streets.
The statue will be available in both full color and monochrome, so fans can get the version they desire. Each color choice will available as a standard version. Also, X-Plus will make a Deluxe Edition available that includes a suitably cool diorama base.
THE RHEDOSAURUS
In celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the master of movie stop motion animation, Ray Harryhausen, Star Ace is proud to release the Rhedosaurus, a vicious ancient creature unleashed in the modern-day.
Traditionally sculpted by the artisans of the famed creature shop of Kaibutsuya, this detailed Rhedosaurus statue is made from soft vinyl and stands 32cm tall. Each piece is hand-painted to bring out the details of the sculpt. The Rhedosaurus comes in two variants, either in vibrant color or depicted in the monochrome of a black and white movie. Each of these variants also has a deluxe edition limited to only 500 pieces worldwide that include a diorama base.
