Fans outside Japan will finally be able to see Belle!
Mamoru Hosada’s latest film Belle was a tremendous success in Japan. Now it’s finally coming to Western countries. Earlier this Summer, it was announced that the movie will get a theatrical release in Winter 2021 in the United States. There will be premiere screenings on September 25 and October 1. As for France, Wild Bunch will release it in cinemas on December 29.
This week, All the Anime announced new details for the release in the United Kingdom. It will premiere in the UK at the BFI London Film Festival. Tickets go on sale September 20 at 10 AM. There will be three screenings – October 7, 10 and 17. The wide release will be in early 2022.
