Sonic, Tails, and Dr. Robotnik zoom into action on the all-new poster for Sonic The Hedgehog 2. The trailer drops tomorrow!
With the clock ticking down to the release of Sonic The Hedgehog 2, Paramount has finally pushed the start button on the promotional campaign. The original movie was tons of fun and the studio is eager to build the hype for the sequel by dropping an all-new poster. As expected, the poster features Sonic and Tails flying through the air on an airplane. All the while, the duo is being pursued by Jim Carrey’s hilariously evil Dr. Robotnik. Check it out below:
NEW TRAILER
This poster looks spectacular and gives us a taste of what we can expect from the trailer. And just when things couldn’t get any better, the studio has confirmed that the new trailer will be dropping tomorrow. The news emerged via Sonic’s official Twitter account which confirmed that the world premiere of the trailer will be dropping at 8 pm ET during The Game Awards.
The new poster and trailer come just hours after it was confirmed that Colleen O’Shaughnessey will be voicing Tails in the sequel. O’Shaughnessey has voiced the character since 2014 and was the only original voice actor to return for the live-action movie. So her return in the sequel will come as music to the ears of lifelong Sonic fans.
