“The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has already cemented itself as a series worth investing in. And this is only the beginning!”
We’re halfway through the final half of The Ring of Power‘s first season and it has made the gradual build-up worth it with an episode that has completely altered the course of the season.
The show has slowly but indeed created a solid foundation for five episodes straight. There have been many characters to follow, and lots of storylines to keep track of, and while some plots were more interesting than others the care handled with each storyline has been visible. And that all paid off today with an episode that ramps up the action and raises the stakes.
EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER
This episode delivered a wallop of an emotional rollercoaster. From the first scene to the last, every bit seemed a bit more riveting than the previous scene. This episode truly had it all; heartwarming romance, nail-biting tension, great action, heroism, riveting dialogue, and a final scene that literally had me slack-jawed.
There was so much transpiring in this episode, there’s so much to unpack, but one thing’s for certain. This show is only going to get better and better, for this is a story that benefits from writers who refuse to rush the plot, and considering where this story will take us it’s only going to get more fascinating. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has already cemented itself as a series worth investing in but after this first season I know for a fact people will be waiting impatiently for what’s to come, for this is only the beginning.
