October may feel like a long way off, but the effects of the witching hour can be felt all year round on Shudder! So if you need a break from Cowboy country, superhero fatigue, or Clicker calamities, Shudder has the perfect palette cleanser.

Kicking the month off in style is Spoonful of Sugar. The original movie, directed by Mercedes Bryce Morgan drags us down the rabbit hole of overbearing parents and severe allergies. And if that isn’t enough to have you reaching for the remote, Alex Herron’s Leave starring Alicia von Rittberg invites us into the chilling world of satanic worship and child abandonment. And rounding out the month’s new releases is The Unheard – a chilling tale exploring family secrets and psychological strife and auditory hallucinations.

All in all, a pretty stacked month of horror treats! But don’t take my word for it. Grab the arm of your chair; move to the edge of your seat, and grab the cushions because Shudder’s March horror watchlist is the gift that keeps on giving…jump scares!
