The New Trailer for Transformers Rise of the Beasts Unleashes the Power of Unicron

On June 9th, we will witness the rise of a new generation of robots in disguise when Paramount Pictures Unveils Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts.

On June 9th, we will once again transform, and roll out. Paramount Pictures will unveil the next chapter in the movie franchise of Hasbro’s classic toys and cartoon series. The movie, Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts will bring us a new generation of robots in disguise to cheer for or hate. This time though, we will meet the Maximals, the Predacons, and the Terrorcons. As well as our old favorites such as Optimus Prime and Bumblebee.

Peter Cullen once again reprises his iconic role as the voice of Optimus Prime and he will be joined by Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal, Michelle Yeoh as Airazor, Peter Dinklage as Scourge, Liza Koshy as Arcee, and Pete Davidson as Mirage. The human characters are led by Anthony Ramos as Noah Diaz and Dominique Fishback as Elena Wallace. After yesterday’s tease for the new trailer, and the release of the character posters for the Maximals, the new trailer has appeared online. Time to transform and roll out as we take a look.

In the year 1994, a pair of archaeologists from Brooklyn come into an ancient conflict through a globe-trotting adventure with the Autobots that ties in with three factions of the Transformers race: the Maximals, the Predacons, and the Terrorcons.

The film will fit into the new timeframe that was established in Bumblebee. Both movies are prequels to the Michael Bay-directed set of five films and are setting up the groundwork for what we saw previously. After the critical and box office disappointment with Transformers: The Last Knight, it feels to be the right choice to go back in time and establish a firm base for the franchise to continue. It also looks to be an amazing movie that will please even the most hardcore fans of the franchise in general. Just as long as they don’t do the characters wrong, as they did with the Dinobots, I think all will be happy.

Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts will transform onto the big screen when it hits theaters on June 9th.
