Tsurune The Movie gets a streaming release date in the US!

Tsurune The Movie – The First Shot was released in Japanese cinemas last year. Then, HIDIVE released it in cinemas in the US in April. Today, they have announced that the movie will be released on their streaming platform on June 18 at 11:00 AM EDT. HIDIVE is an anime streaming service that is only available in the United States.

This film is a retelling of season 1 with additional scenes and a different soundtrack as Masaru Yokoyama took over composing duties. Season 2 aired earlier this year in Japan and around the world.

Synopsis:

Minato Narumiya reignites his passion for kyudo, the Japanese martial art of archery. Along with his friends in the school kyudo club, he returns for this feature-length sports anime film.

Unfortunately, there is still no information concerning the release of the movie outside the US and Japan.

Tsurune season 1 and 2 are now streaming on HIDIVE.
