Paramount+ is giving us all an awesome August. From one of this year’s blockbuster movies to new series, the mountain of entertainment grows higher!
The mountain of entertainment on Paramount+ this August has grown even higher. Brand new series will be premiering, many iconic series continue, and one of this year’s biggest blockbuster movies will become available to all subscribers. There is enough to keep everyone entertained over the summer holidays and beyond. And all at the touch of a button and ready at your fingertips.
DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOUR AMONG THIEVES
The film becomes available on August 18th. A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic. But things go dangerously awry when they run afoul of the wrong people in this hilarious and action-packed adventure.
BILLIONS SEASON 7
The first episode drops on August 12th. The season contains 12 episodes of 60 minutes each. In season seven, alliances are turned on their heads. Old wounds are weaponized. Loyalties are tested. Betrayal takes on epic proportions. Enemies become wary friends. And Bobby Axelrod returns, as the stakes grow from Wall Street to the world.

The box set drops on August 3rd. There are 8 episodes of 60 minutes each. Miami’s not just a millionaire’s playground…it’s a BILLIONAIRE’S playground! JOE PICKETT SEASON 2

The box set drops on August 20th. There are 10 episodes of 60 minutes each. In season 2, Wyoming game warden Joe Pickett discovers a hunter murdered in the mountains and realises his is just one of a series of gruesome murders. To solve the case and catch the killer, Joe must navigate a radical anti-hunting activist, a ghoulish set of twins living off the grid and his own tortured past. Joe and his wife, Marybeth, discover that the murdered men weren’t as innocent as they seemed. But when they dig too deep, they are forced to go on the run and fight for their very lives.
STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS SEASON 1-3
All three seasons drop on August 29th. There are 30 episodes in total that run for 30 minutes each. Star Trek: Lower Decks focuses on the support crew serving on one of Starfleet’s least important ships, the U.S.S Cerritos, in 2380. Ensigns Mariner, Boimler, Rutherford and Tendi have to keep up with their duties and their social lives, often while the ship is being rocked by a multitude of sci-fi anomalies.
LOVE IN TAIPEI
The film drops on August 11th. Love In Taipei stars Ashley Liao as Ever Wong, whose summer takes an unexpected turn when her parents surprise her with a trip to Teipei for a cultural immersion program. Ever is surprised to discover that she hasn’t signed up for homework and history lessons, but instead for a summer-long free-for-all the locals and other students call “Loveboat.”
It quickly lives up to its name when Ever finds herself trying not to fall for two attractive, but wildly different boys who are vying for her attention. While at the same time finding the courage to defy her parents’ high expectations and pursue her true passion: dancing.
MARGAUX
The film drops on August 4th. A group of college friends rent a smart house for a weekend of partying. Later, they start to realise that Margaux, the house’s super-advanced AI system, has sinister designs for them.
CONTINUED ICONIC SERIES
As well as the new content becoming available, there is also the continuation of series that have already premiered. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 2 beams in with episodes 8-10, with all episodes available on August 17th. Special Ops: Lioness roars as episodes 4-7 become available, with all episodes being able to stream on September 3rd. Quantum Leap jumps in with episodes 10-18 with all episodes being available from August 24th. And Transformers Earth Spark Season 1c will have episodes 16-22 transforming with all episodes being available on August 7th.
