Star Wars Ahsoka Remember Her Name

The latest teaser for Star Wars: Ahsoka reminds us of the legendary former Jedi and her amazing journey so far…

Recently, Lucasfilm has released numerous exciting teasers for Star Wars: Ahsoka. And with just hours to go until Anakin’s apprentice unleashes her lightsabers in the two-episode season premiere, the studio is adding more Coaxium to the hyperdrive hype engine. The latest addition to the promotional archive delivers another look at Rosario Dawson’s former apprentice as she takes on the latest enemies to stand between her and Grand Admiral Thrawn. Tomorrow night, the show will be available on Disney Plus and this gives us a preview of what to expect.

The teaser doesn’t reveal much in the way of new footage. But it’s more than enough to ramp up the excitement! Especially when Ahsoka duels with an Inquisitor! So, unleash the Force and hit play on the player below.

THE SERIES

Set after the fall of the Empire, “Star Wars: Ahsoka” follows the former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

in addition to Rosario Dawson in the title role, “Ahsoka” stars Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Hera Syndulla, Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll, Ivanna Sakhno as Shin Hati, Diana Lee Inosanto as Morgan Elsbeth, David Tennant as Huyang, Lars Mikkelsen as Grand Admiral Thrawn and Eman Esfandi appearing as Ezra Bridger.

The series is written by Dave Filoni, who executive produces alongside Jon Favreau, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, and Carrie Beck. Karen Gilchrist is co-executive producer.

RELEASE

As mentioned above, the series will now premiere on Disney Plus a few hours earlier on August 22nd at 6 pm PT/9 pm ET (Wednesday, 2 am in the UK). The show will continue the plot threads left open in the finale of Star Wars: Rebels. Most notably the search for Ezra Bridger. Recently the studio shared the first character posters from the show. Following the two-episode launch on August 22nd, new episodes will release weekly in the new timeslot of 6 pm PT/9 pm ET (Wednesday, 2 am in the UK). So fans in the UK will have to stay up late to avoid those spoilers. Or, the social media mute button always comes in handy.
