The Mandalorian Seasons 1 & 2 are heading home on 4K UHD and Blu-Ray in time for the holidays
Look out THE MANDALORIAN fans because the first two seasons of the hit Star Wars series are heading home this Christmas. Boasting original box art by Attila Szarka and concept art cards and never-before-seen featurettes, the adventures of Din Djarin are finally coming to 4K UHD and Blu-Ray on December 12th.
This news has been way overdue with many of us fearing the show would never make it to physical formats. But thankfully, Lucasfilm has moved to quash these rumors. And now, Mando will join Marvel’s Loki and WandVision in making the pilgrimage home.
Seasons 1 and 2 of The Mandalorian are coming to 4K Ultra HD disc and Blu-ray, it was announced today. Star Wars: The Mandalorian: The Complete First Season and Star Wars: The Mandalorian: The Complete Second Season will arrive December 12, 2023, with each collection available nationally in Steelbook packaging. (Better than beskar, we think!)
RELEASE
Thankfully, these amazing box sets will be available to pre-order from August 28th. However, the news only mentions a domestic release in the United States. So fans in the UK and other territories will have to remain hopeful that these releases make their way across the pond. Either way, FUTURE OF THE FORCE will keep you updated on the latest news as we hear it. This is the way!
