Monarch: Legacy Of Monsters will show the world there’s more to the Monsterverse than Godzilla and Kong on November 17th!

On November 17th, we will discover there’s more to the Monsterverse in Apple TV’s Monarch: Legacy Of Monsters. You thought it was just Godzilla and Kong? Think again. The series will rip our theories apart in a huge way during the ten episodes. Of course, we will once again meet Godzilla during proceedings but there are so many more that we will be discovering. It is coming our way from Legendary Television, Safehouse Pictures and Toho Co., Ltd. It marks the sixth chapter in the franchise and the second TV show for the Monsterverse.

The cast is led by the legendary Kurt Russell, and his son Wyatt playing younger and older versions of the same character, Lee Shaw. The series jumps back and forth over a 50-year period, delving deeper into the origins of Monarch itself. Also featuring Anna Sawai, Ren Watabe, Kiersey Clemons, and a brief return for John Goodman as Bill Randa, the series is a must-watch for all fans. The new trailer for the series has been released.

Following the epic battle between Godzilla and the MUTOs that leveled San Francisco and the shocking revelation that monsters are real, two siblings, following in their father’s footsteps, uncover their family’s connection to the secretive organization known as Monarch. Clues lead them into the world of monsters and ultimately down the rabbit hole to Army Officer Lee Shaw. It takes place in the 1950s and half a century later when Monarch is threatened by what Shaw knows. The dramatic saga — spanning three generations — reveals buried secrets. And the ways that epic, earth-shattering events can reverberate through our lives.
