Dune Part Two

Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya lead the cast as the character posters blow in from Arrakis for Dune Part Two. Opening on March 1st, 2024.

Dune Part Two will be blowing in from the desert of Arrakis on March 1st, 2024. The film, the concluding part of Frank Herbert’s original novel was due to open earlier this year. It was originally scheduled to open on October 20th before being pushed back to November 17th. It then moved up to November 3rd before the Hollywood strikes hit, delaying the film by four months to March 15, 2024. Now the strikes are over, the film has moved up again to its new opening date. Once again directed by Denis Villeneuve, who co-wrote the screenplay with Jon Spaihts, the movie looks to be an epic science fiction film on par with the original Dune Part One

The cast is once again led by Timothée Chalamet and, in an expanded role this time, Zendaya. Other cast members returning from the original film are Rebecca Ferguson and Josh Brolin. Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem. Joining them for the sequel are Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Léa Seydoux, and Christopher Walken. The first character posters for the film have been released.
