Director George Amponsah and writers Archie Maddocks and Taz Skylar have collaborated on the upcoming movie “Gassed Up”, set to release in theaters on February 9. Featuring a cast which includes Stephen Odubola, and Taz Skylar. Steve Toussaint, and Craige Middleburg, the film is a thriller set on the streets of London. The movie looks to be a gritty and uncompromising piece of entertainment. It appears it will be a success at the box office. A new clip from the film has been released. Let’s take a look. *Warning! SYNOPSIS
At the centre of the story is 20-year-old Ash (Odubola) who is trying to support his younger sister and help his struggling mother. Fighting to reconcile his pure intentions with the temptation of quick money, he and his friends fall into the clutches of an Albanian crime family. He must choose between loyalty to his friends and family, and the draw of a fast, thrilling lifestyle.
