Hear How It All Began on June 28th when the horror prequel A Quiet Place: Day One opens in cinemas. Watch the trailer here.
On June 28th, we will hear how it all began when A Quiet Place: Day One opens. The Paramount Pictures horror movie is a prequel to the original two films and the third film in the franchise overall. Except for Djimon Hounsou as the Man on the Island, reprising his role from the second film, the movie features a whole new cast. This time, the cast is led by Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, and Denis O’Hare. We maybe could get a cameo from John Krasinski and Emily Blunt if we are lucky.
John Krasinski steps away from the director’s chair for this one, handing the reins over to Michael Sarnoski. Sarnoski also provides the screenplay based on a story by himself and John Krasinski. Krasinski is on board as a producer of the film alongside returning producers Michael Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller. John Krasinski is currently in the planning stages for A Quiet Place Part III, where he will return as writer and director, and separate from the new prequel. The first trailer for the prequel has been released today.
