Back in the 1980s, The Fall Guy was a TV series following the exploits of an ageing stuntman who moonlights as a bounty hunter. The series starred the legendary Lee Majors, Douglas Barr, and Heather Thomas. It ran from 1981 to 1986, comprising five seasons and 113 episodes. It also featured the song “Unknown Stuntman” performed by Lee Majors.
This summer, Universal Pictures is bringing us the big-screen version of the show. Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt star in the movie. The film is directed by David Leitch and written by Drew Pearce. Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Ryan Gosling, and Guymon Casady are the producers. The film also features Winston Duke, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Hannah Waddingham, Stephanie Hsu, and Teresa Palmer.
