The live-action adaptation of Fallout has surpassed 65 million viewers in just two weeks on Prime Video!
Fallout, the live-action adaptation of Bethesda Game Studios’ popular game series, is now a global hit on Prime Video. According to the streamer, the show has received positive reviews from critics and has been very successful. The streaming service has recently revealed that the show has amassed a staggering 65 million views since its launch. In addition, the series has become the most-watched title on Prime Video in the Adult 18-34 demographic.
Only The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has performed better than Fallout. However, the show is on track to become one of the long-term jewels in the streamer’s crown. The show is not only popular in the United States but also has a significant international audience, with more than 60% of viewers located outside the US. In the first 16 days, the show has performed exceptionally well in the UK, France, and Brazil. This is a true global success story, as Fallout has hit the number-one slot in over 170 countries.

REVIEW
In a rare FIVE STAR REVIEW, I said, “Prime Video has spared no expense on this series; the results are impressive. The show’s palette is incredibly rich, and the scale is off the charts. You’ll be in your element here if you have a penchant for Mad Max movies. Fortunately, the series has enough merit to satisfy gaming enthusiasts and movie buffs. If Nolan, Lisa Joy, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, and Graham Wagner aimed to raise the bar for video game adaptations, they succeeded. Fallout is another smash hit for Prime Video.” Read the full review here.

MORE FROM THE WASTELAND
Thankfully, Prime Video has officially announced that the show will return for a second season. The first season ended with a cliffhanger, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what’s next for the characters. With The Ghoul now joining forces with Lucy to bring her father to justice, the second season is poised to be another instant classic. If Jonathan Nolan and his team can capture lightning in a bottle again, the next season could be even better than the previous one – an exciting prospect indeed.
Unfortunately, Prime Video has not announced the anticipated release date for the show’s second season. However, the first season is highly rewatchable and will keep fans engaged until the new episodes are released. So, while we wait, saddle up, lock and load, and return to the Wasteland for a rewatch worth its weight in caps! I’ll be staying in Shady Sands with a cool cup of radiated water… don’t ask where it comes from!
Fallout is streaming on Prime Video in its entirety now. Leave a comment below to let us know if you’re excited about another season in the Wasteland.
