Although the latest season of House of the Dragon is coming to a close, DC fans can sleep well knowing that The Penguin is just a few short weeks away. The new series, starring Colin Farrel, will be released on September 19. The gritty show promises to bridge the gap between Matt Reeves’ The Batman and its upcoming sequel.
