Our Oceans, the Blue Chip nature series narrated by Barack Obama, debuts a trailer and key art ahead of its release on Netflix
Netflix announced today that the highly anticipated Blue Chip Nature Series, Our Oceans, narrated by President Barack Obama, will premiere on November 20th. Beneath a vast canvas of blue, are the five oceans. Atlantic. Pacific. Indian. Southern. and Arctic. They flow together in a respectful embrace. The global ocean current, also known as the “conveyer belt,” is a constantly moving system of deep-ocean circulation driven by temperature and salinity. A thousand-year phenomenon that links each sea’s diverse ecosystems into one giant life force.
From the resilient cuttlefish to the majestic blue whale, every marine creature depends on this current for the vital resources they need to thrive. Our Oceans invites us below the surface to witness the incredible marine communities. And not a moment too soon, as their fates are inextricably linked with our own.
