I love Clint Eastwood. And not just as an actor. As a director, Eastwood has given the world some superb entertainment over the past half-century. This year, he returns once again to deliver his latest offering. Juror #2 will be opening on November 1st from Warner Bros. As you would expect from the title, the film is a courtroom thriller. The cast for the film is led by Nicholas Hoult, with support from Toni Collette. J. K. Simmons. Chris Messina. Zoey Deutch. Cedric Yarbrough. Gabriel Basso. Leslie Bibb. Amy Aquino. Adrienne C. Moore. Francesca Eastwood and Kiefer Sutherland. Clint Eastwood directs the film from a screenplay by Jonathan Abrams. Eastwood also produces the movie alongside Adam Goodman, Tim Moore, Jessica Meier and Matt Skiena. A new featurette for the film has been released.

PREMISE

From legendary filmmaker Clint Eastwood comes “Juror #2,” a Warner Bros. Pictures release. “Juror #2” follows family man Justin Kemp (Hoult) who, while serving as a juror in a high-profile murder trial, finds himself struggling with a serious moral dilemma…one he could use to sway the jury verdict and potentially convict—or free—the accused killer.

CREDITS

Academy Award winner Eastwood directs from a screenplay by Jonathan Abrams (“Escape Plan”). The film is produced by Eastwood, Tim Moore, Jessica Meier, Adam Goodman and Matt Skiena, and executive produced by David M. Bernstein, Ellen Goldsmith-Vein, and Jeremy Bell.

Eastwood’s creative team includes such frequent collaborators as director of photography Yves Bélanger, production designer Ron Reiss, Oscar-winning editor Joel Cox (“Unforgiven”) and editor David Cox, BAFTA-nominated costume designer Deborah Hopper (“Changeling”); Mark Mancina created the original score.
