Marvel Studios surprises fans with an impressive lineup of upcoming Disney Plus projects. Find out what titles are in store and when they’ll debut.
Marvel Studios deserves a round of applause for its relentless commitment to excellence. Today, the studio surprised everyone with a major update regarding its upcoming Disney Plus release schedule. While their theatrical side has faced some considerable challenges in recent years, Marvel Television has been busy laying the groundwork for an impressive surge in content. The latest announcement raises the stakes even higher, unveiling numerous exciting projects set to debut on Disney Plus over the next year, complete with release dates. Although there’s no official news about the Vision series, it’s encouraging to know that filming will begin in early 2025.
In a newly released sizzle reel, Marvel teases exciting titles like Daredevil: Born Again, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Ironheart, What If…? Marvel Zombies, Wonder Man, and Eyes of Wakanda. This reel gives us a glimpse of what’s in store for the upcoming release slate and highlights many of the heroes set to lead Marvel into its next phase. At the forefront is Daredevil, although this highly anticipated series isn’t the first to hit screens. BORN AGAIN!
Daredevil: Born Again has been generating plenty of buzz, and it stars Charlie Cox, who reprises his role as Matt Murdock. Murdock is a blind lawyer with extraordinary abilities, tirelessly fighting for justice through his busy law firm. Meanwhile, former mob boss Wilson Fisk, played by Vincent D’Onofrio, embarks on his own political ambitions in New York City. As their pasts start to resurface, both characters find themselves on a collision course they can’t avoid.
The series also features a strong ensemble cast, including Margarita Levieva, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, and Michael Gandolfini, alongside Ayelet Zurer and Jon Bernthal. Dario Scardapane serves as the showrunner.
RELEASE
The upcoming release schedule is packed with Marvel excitement, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! While it’s disappointing that we must wait a little longer to see Daredevil again, it’s fantastic to know that the final season of What If…? will arrive this December. Also, with Star Wars: Skeleton Crew set to premiere during the holiday season, Disney Plus subscribers are in for an incredible Christmas treat!
