The world’s leading podcast about women in film, Girls On Film, is excited to announce its fourth annual Girls On Film Awards. The event will take place on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at the Curzon Bloomsbury in London. This year, two new categories have been introduced: Best Performance in Leading Role and Performance in a Role.
CELEBRATING DIVERSITY
Celebrating excellence in diversity, inclusion, and the representation of women and marginalised genders in front and behind the camera. This year’s Girls On Film Awards ceremony is scheduled to occur during the major awards voting window. Ensuring a spotlight on groundbreaking work in the industry.
The event will showcase top industry professionals, A-list talent, and members of the press. NOMINATIONS
Nominations will be announced on January 8, 2025. To be eligible, works must fall within the period from February 17, 2024, to February 14, 2025. A panel of prominent UK critics, many of whom are women, will select the nominees. Voting is now open and will run until December 17. We will share more details about attendance soon.
