The latest collaboration between Marvel and Epic Games has delivered the Iron Legion. Iron Man returns to Fortnite!
Iron Man fans, get hyped! Tony Stark’s Iron Legion has officially dropped in Fortnite. Even though we just got the Iron Man Mark 45 skin a few months back, Marvel and Epic Games have dug into the Marvel vault to give us four new suits to try out. Fans have asked for a new Iron Man skin since the original one was locked behind the Battle Pass paywall. But now that Disney is investing big into the game, Tony Stark’s arsenal of suits is up for grabs, and Marvel is making our dreams come true!
This new set has four fresh armors, and one of the coolest features is the classic Iron Man armor straight from the original comics. Fans of the Doctor Doom storyline will be excited to see an armor inspired by him, too. On top of that, the set is totally customizable, letting you tweak the color variations for each skin. That means players get a whopping sixteen different looks to choose from! Starting with the Red and Gold Alpha Armor and the Model 39 Prime Armor, the set is rounded out by the Model 42 Ultimate Armor and the Model Doom Classic Armor.
THE IRON LEGION
Marvel and Epic Games really knocked it out of the park with the Iron Legion for players. This set is fantastic! It comes with a cool customizable skin, an Iron Sledge pickaxe, a LEGO version, and an Arc Counter back bling. It’s a shame there’s no custom glider or new weapon wrap, but that’s a minor complaint compared to the overall amazingness of this new Iron Man armor collection.
TONY STARK RETURNS!!
Considering the number of variations and the accessories the set includes, this is a premium collection, and the price reflects that. However, as always, Fortnite has split the components to make the set more affordable. If you wish to buy the whole set, the bundle will save you a few V-Bucks, which is always welcome.

RELEASE
The current Demon Hunters season is wrapping up, but it’s awesome to see some cool new Iron Man armor variations coming into the game. The Fortnite x Marvel collaboration has dropped some fantastic characters lately. Aside from all the characters in the recent Marvel Battle Pass, we got Cyclops, Jubilee, and Colossus from the X-Men not long ago. They showed up right after Loki and Sylvie from the Disney+ series. Plus, Wolverine and Deadpool rolled in after their blockbuster movie, and now we’ve got new Iron Spider, Black Cat, and Spider-Verse skins added to the mix.
This new release is just the beginning, with plenty more on the way this year. Disney dropped a bunch of cool new characters at last year’s D23 Expo. Since then, the reveals have only gotten bigger! So, who’s going to team up with Tony Stark next? Will we see more of Spider-Man’s enemies causing chaos? Maybe some extra X-Men will show up to flex their powers? Or could we get a new Red Hulk to stir things up as the season kicks off? Either way, 2025 is starting off strong, and I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be an exciting year for players!
