Find out what movies are leading The Official Film Chart and how they are shaping audience preferences today.
Welcome to The Official Film Chart.
THE TOP TEN WEEKLY RUNDOWN
This week sees no less than five re-entries into the chart placings, representing quite a shift from last week. To make way for these returning favourites, it is the end of the road for Venom: The Last Dance, Moana 2, Sonic The Hedgehog 3, A Complete Unknown, and Dog Man. But what are these returning titles, and where have they re-entered? Cast a spell as we take a look.

WICKED CONTINUES TO LEAD THE WAY!
Wicked continues to defy gravity as it earns its fifth week atop the Official Film Chart.

A REAL PAIN GETS SOME CHART RELIEF!
Despite A Real Pain’s impressive rebound back up the chart this week, it stalls at its previous peak of Number 2. Will the buddy comedy manage to overtake next week?

WE LIVE IN TIME LIVES AGAIN!
Romantic drama We Live In Time makes its debut in the Top 10. Starring Florence Pugh and Andrew Garfield, the film flies 17 places to Number 3 in its fourth non-consecutive week on the chart.

PADDINGTON PADDLES HIS WAY BACK UP THE CHART!
The family favourite sequel, Paddington in Peru, is next up, jumping three to Number 4.

KRAVEN ON THE HUNT AGAIN!
Action thriller Kraven the Hunter bounces back to its previous peak of Number 5.

GLADIATOR II CONTINUES TO BATTLE!
Gladiator II holds strong in the Top 10 at Number 6.

THE MINIONS RETURN TO CAUSE MORE MAYHEM!
Despicable Me 4 rebounds five places to Number 7 – its first time back in the Top 10 since early February.

THE WILD ROBOT GETS A CHART RECHARGE!
The Wild Robot continues its impressive run inside the chart, lifting two places to Number 8.

BETTER MAN BETTERS ITS CHART POSITION!
Robbie Williams’s biopic Better Man also enters the Top 10 for the first time this week, lifting six places. Instead of appearing in the film himself, Robbie is depicted by a CGI monkey portrayed by actor Jonno Davies.

NOSFERATU RETURNS TO TAKE ANOTHER CHART BITE!
Finally, Nosferatu sails back into the Official Film Chart at Number 10. Previously peaking at Number 4 upon its original release, this marks the film’s third total week in the Top 10.

BRIDGET JONES IS MAD ABOUT THE BOY ON PVOD!
And that is this week’s top ten chart. However, next week will be interesting. Launching this week on PVOD is the fourth and final (so they say) movie in the Bridget Jones franchise in Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy. Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant, Colin Firth and Emma Thompson reprise their roles as Bridget Jones, Daniel Cleaver, Mark Darcy and Doctor Rawlings, respectively, from previous instalments, with Chiwetel Ejiofor, Leo Woodall, Isla Fisher, Josette Simon, Nico Parker and Leila Farzad joining the cast.
Bridget Jones, now a widowed single mother, navigates the challenges of parenthood, work, and modern dating with the support of her friends, family, and former partner, Daniel Cleaver. As she re-enters the dating world, she finds herself pursued by a younger man while also forming an unexpected connection with her son’s science teacher. If you can’t resist Bridget and want to join her one last time, you can rent the film for £15.99 or buy it early for £19.99.

Will Bridget Jones manage to snag the top spot next week? To be honest, I’m expecting it to smash the chart to pieces. But I could be wrong. See if I am next week, so until then…
Whatever you decide, whatever you buy, stay safe, be kind, look after each other, and happy viewing!
