New episodes of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures have been announced at Star Wars Celebration. Season 3 arrives this fall!
The big reveals at Star Wars Celebration keep on coming. After shocking the world with the announcements of Star Wars: Starfighter and Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord, the team at Lucasfilm Animation upped the ante further by announcing the renewal of Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures for Season 3. That’s right, we can all look forward to more adventures with Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, Nash Durango, RJ-83, and our favorite furry blue Jedi initiate, Nubs.
The adorable blue Jedi Youngling was on hand to announce the news in person and send shockwaves through the ranks of #NubsNation, who were delighted at the news. But what can we expect from Season 3?

SEASON 3
Season 3 will introduce Beepers, Dozer, and Gigi — a quirky band of droids, each with their own unique and hilarious personalities, who join our heroes on their missions. Additional newcomers include Dotti from “Dotti’s Droid Depot,” as well as eccentric droid builder and tinkerer Rek Minuu.
THE SERIES
Set 200 years before Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, during the High Republic era, Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures follows Jedi younglings Kai Brightstar, Lys Solay, and Nubs as they study the ways of the Force, learn from Jedi Master Yoda, explore the galaxy, and help citizens and creatures in need. In Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures Season 2, the younglings will continue their training and embark on even bigger missions across the galaxy. Helping to lead the younglings on these missions is Master Zia’s new Padawan, Wes Vinik, and his astromech R0-M1.
Produced by Lucasfilm in collaboration with Wild Canary for Disney+ and Disney Jr., Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures is executive produced by Lucasfilm’s James Waugh, Jacqui Lopez, and Josh Rimes. Michael Olson is showrunner and executive producer; Elliot M. Bour is supervising director and co-executive producer; and Lamont Magee is consulting producer. Production Services by Icon Creative.

RELEASE
We love this series. It’s an excellent way to introduce young children to the Star Wars universe. It offers wholesome and enjoyable entertainment, so let’s keep these episodes coming. Unfortunately, only those fortunate enough to attend the Lucasfilm Animation panel were able to see the first look at a sizzle reel from the new season. However, with production moving forward on the new season, the first trailer is expected to be released soon. So, let’s embrace the old Jedi saying and practice the art of patience!
