Today, Netflix announced that the hit coming-of-age series Geek Girl has been renewed for a second season, which is slated to premiere in 2026. Season 1 spent four weeks in the Global Top 10 TV (English) list, reaching the top 10 in 89 countries. Boat Rocker has acquired the rights to the show from Corus, including those for Season 1. In addition to overseeing all creative and production, Boat Rocker will lead global distribution and franchise management for the series. Shooting will begin in the UK starting in the Summer of 2025.
