Hot Toys announces brand new Star Wars figures!
After announcing new figures for May the 4th be with you, Hot Toys is back with a big Star Wars announcement. Indeed, there are 7 new figures coming our way with 4 of them being exclusives. The first one is Obi-Wan Kenobi from Attack of the Clones. During the 20th anniversary of AOTC, collectors were disappointed he was part of Hot Toys’ lineup. But, he is finally here! The normal version will be widely available while the artisan version is limited to 3,500 units.
Then, as part of the 20th anniversary of Revenge of the Sith, a new Darth Vader will be available. The deluxe version includes the operation table to recreate the iconic “birth” of the Sith Lord. On the clones side, there are two exclusive figures. Firstly, a rerelease of Commander Cody with an additional Phase I helmet. Secondly, the airborne trooper from the 212th Attack Battalion. This one was first released at SDCC in 2019. Both figures are limited to 3,000 units. Finally, we’re moving to animation with an imperial repaint of Chopper (with a BD-1) from Star Wars Rebels.
