Look out, The Black Phone fans, because The Grabber is dialling into Fortnite. The Fortnite Fortnitemares season is underway. As expected, it is packed with horror icons. We’ve known for a while that the legendary star of The Black Phone movies would be making his debut in the Fortnitemares 2025 event. But until now, we have only seen snippets of him in the many teasers and trailers released by Epic Games.
Today, however, we finally have our first look at The Grabber’s complete bundle. It includes the cosmetics making up his set. But before we dive into his bundle, let’s remind ourselves of the chilling Fortnitemares trailer to set the mood. Check it out below.
THE SKIN
The Grabber’s set has been officially confirmed to include an emote, a pickaxe, a back bling, and a weapons wrap. The skin is based on his appearance in the long-awaited sequel, which arrives in theatres this weekend. Fans can look forward to using his Ice Hatchet as a pickaxe. For his back bling, those naughty minions at Epic Games have used the pay phone seen in the sequel at the newly renovated summer camp. The weapons wrap features a growing covering of ice, complete with the killer’s infamous mask. And finally, the emote depicts The Grabber driving his infamous black van. He also pops his trademark black balloons with an ice pick. Take a look at the set below.

PRICES
As expected, Epic Games is treating the skin as a special release, and the price of the set reflects that. If you’re hoping to add the entire set to your collection, it will set you back a cool 2,500 V-Bucks. However, Fortnite will always split the components to make the set more affordable. Read on for the full breakdown:
The Grabber Bundle – 2,500 V-Bucks
The Grabber Skin – 1,500 V-Bucks
Cold Caller Back Bling – 400 V-Bucks
Lil’ Popster-Mobile Emote – 500 V-Bucks
Grabber Frost Axe Pickaxe – 800 V-Bucks
Cold Revenge Weapons Wrap – 500 V-Bucks
REACTIONS
We were fortunate to catch an early look at The Black Phone 2, and as expected, we loved The Grabber’s return. In my reactions, I said: “Scott Derrickson has dialled in another winner with #BlackPhone2, the film is a great and imaginative sequel. By linking the film’s emotional hook to the brilliant shoulders of Mason Thames and Madeleine McGraw, it delivers a dark, ominous, and poignant ride. Grabber beware.” Catch my full review soon.
NEW SKINS, MORE HAUNTINGS!
It is wonderful to see The Grabber finally making his debut on the map. Fans are buzzing with excitement over the possibility of adding the infamous killer to their collection. This set has gained even more relevance since Michael Myers from Halloween proved to be a runaway hit with horror fans. Plus, with Ghost Face, Art the Clown, and Jason Voorhees all bolstering the horror ranks in 2025, Fortnitemares is more stacked than ever!
