At last, Kevin Kiner, Sean Kiner, and Deana Kiner’s full soundtrack for Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord is now available to own!
The circle is now complete. With the season finale now streaming on Disney+, Lucasfilm has released the full soundtrack for Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord by Kevin Kiner, Sean Kiner, and Deana Kiner. After the jaw-dropping climax saw Maul dueling with one of the biggest icons of the saga, the fans are on a high. A great deal of the show’s brilliance stems from the sweeping, atmospheric score by the Kiner family. With its dark intensity and callbacks to The Phantom Menace, the score is an absolute triumph. This, coupled with the intensity of Dave Filoni’s masterful storytelling, has made the season a true gem of Star Wars brilliance. And now, with the first season in the bag, fans can listen to the score in all its glory.

After watching all ten episodes, I can confidently say this series is a true gem of Star Wars brilliance. In my review, I stated: “Fear not, Star Wars fans, because Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord is a phenomenal deep-dive into Maul’s quest to regain his criminal empire. It’s an intense slice of Star Wars brilliance. Maul has never been so intense. With its breathtaking, crisp animation, a dark, intense soundtrack, and a sumptuous character study, the series is a rare gem that will delight fans everywhere. As always, Sam Witwer embodies this character and delivers a wonderfully weighted, layered performance that adds new dimensions to our beloved former Sith. In the end, with its cast of fresh characters, wonderfully rendered animation, intense storyline, and eye-wateringly violent action, this first season is a treasure trove of Force-fuelled brilliance.” Read my full review here.
