By the power of Grayskull! Amazon MGM Studios has released a treasure trove of new posters for the upcoming live-action Masters of the Universe movie. The film is emerging from Eternia and onto cinema screens everywhere on June 5, and the hype train is kicking into high gear. Recently, Amazon MGM shared a slew of great new vignettes, taking us behind the scenes of Travis Knight’s bold new adaptation. But today, the studio upped the ante with some seriously cool one-sheets that are a shoo-in to propel you back to Castle Grayskull!
Teasing everything from He-Man and Skeletor, to BattleCat and the ultimate showdown, the posters are a wonderful window into this glorious new chapter in the He-Man legacy. The 4DX poster features He-Man riding BatttleCat through Eternia, while the Screen X poster highlights He-Man and the ominous threat of Skeletor. The Dolby poster features Skeletor looming over Eternia while Man-At-Arms and Teela stand alongside He-Man, as he unleashes the Power of Grayskull. The Fandango poster, on the other hand, features He-Man and BattleCat defending Castle Grayskull. And finally, rounding out the set is the D-Box poster featuring the epic confrontation between He-Man and Skeletor.

SYNOPSIS
In MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE, Director Travis Knight brings the legendary franchise back to the big screen in this epic live-action adventure. After being separated for 15 years, the Sword of Power leads Prince Adam (Nicholas Galitzine) back to Eternia where he discovers his home shattered under the fiendish rule of Skeletor (Jared Leto). To save his family and his world, Adam must join forces with his closest allies, Teela (Camila Mendes) and Duncan/Man-At-Arms (Idris Elba), and embrace his true destiny as He-Man — the most powerful man in the universe.

What a sensational collection of posters. Amazon MGM’s design team has excelled, creating a perfect appetizer for fans to enjoy before the main event. Let’s be honest: any poster featuring He-Man riding Battlecat is always top-tier awesomeness, which is why we chose it as our header image. But it is most welcome to see so many locales from the film featured so prominently.

Travis Knight has reached into my childhood and refreshed these characters with a touch of contemporary magic. But for all intents and purposes, Masters of the Universe is everything I’ve ever wanted from a classic He-Man adventure. From He-Man and BattleCat fighting Skeletor to the peaks of Snake Mountain and even the chilling facade of Castle Grayskull, everything looks like it did in the cartoons of my youth, and I cannot wait to take my seat.
Whether the director can capture lightning in a bottle and deliver the definitive take on the property remains to be seen. But based on the images, posters, trailers, and vignettes we’ve seen so far, Masters of the Universe looks set to become one of the biggest films of the decade. Throw composer Daniel Pemberton into the mix, bringing his experience on the Spider-Verse movies, and the film looks set to deliver the authentic He-Man experience for a whole new generation of fans.
Now, if we could only get a glimpse at Orko, I’ll be a happy camper! Until then, Masters of the Universe will receive a theatrical release on June 5, 2026.
