Hot Toys Announces Supergirl and Lobo Figures

Look out, DC fans, because Hot Toys has unveiled new figures of Supergirl and Lobo from DC Studios’ Supergirl.

Hot Toys has announced its figures for the upcoming second DCU film, Supergirl, which features the titular character along with Krypto. Fans hoping for a Lobo figure, played by Jason Momoa, will be pleased, as the intergalactic bounty hunter is also part of this major release. But are these new DC heroes worth adding to your superhero collection? Let’s explore that!

SUPERGIRL AND KRYPTO

A new era for the Girl of Steel has arrived! Milly Alcock’s debut as Supergirl has redefined the beloved hero, bringing a fresh, fierce, and unforgettable take on the iconic Kryptonian. In this thrilling new cinematic chapter, Kara Zor-El is thrust into an interstellar quest for vengeance after a sudden and ruthless attack. Reluctantly joining forces with a new ally, she is ready to deliver her own fierce brand of justice across the cosmos.

Today, Hot Toys is thrilled to introduce the 1/6th scale Supergirl™ & Krypto™ Collectible Set. The Supergirl figure boasts a newly developed head sculpt with an authentic likeness of Milly Alcock, featuring detailed skin textures, a sculpted long, wavy blonde hairstyle, and separate rolling eyeballs. Standing approximately 27.5 cm tall, it features a newly developed body that incorporates seamless silicone material thighs to flawlessly conceal joints while maintaining 30 points of articulation — perfect for dynamic aerial poses.

Supergirl’s tailored bright blue suit is adorned with embossed patterns and an S-shield on the chest. Her red wired cape features an embossed S-shield and is magnetically detachable, allowing collectors to swap her outfit with the light brown wired hooded trench coat for her off-duty looks. The costume is completed with a gold-colored belt, a piece of red skirt, a pair of red shorts, and a pair of red and gold colored genuine leather long boots.

This figure is packed with accessories, coming with a pair of sunglasses, a portable music player with headphones, a pocket stopwatch, and a drink in a plastic cup to capture her casual moments. Furthermore, her companion Krypto is not to be missed. The Krypto figure is approximately 9.5cm tall, sculpted in a walking posture, and outfitted with his own wire-embedded cape with an embossed S-shield. A specially designed figure base with an S-shield logo, character nameplate, and a specialized backdrop completes the display.

The highly anticipated Supergirl™ has taken the DC Universe by storm, and fans have been absolutely blown away by Jason Momoa’s explosive debut as the galaxy’s most notorious and ruthless bounty hunter: Lobo. To celebrate this epic cinematic appearance, Hot Toys is thrilled to present the 1/6th scale Lobo™ Collectible Figure, ready to wreak some havoc in your DC collection!

Meticulously crafted based on the on-screen appearance of Jason Momoa as Lobo in the movie Supergirl™, this figure features a newly developed head sculpt with detailed skin texture, movie-accurate makeup, and separate rolling eyeballs to recreate his intense, wild expressions. His mid-length black wavy hairstyle is intricately sculpted, completed with strands of braids. To perfectly capture Lobo’s imposing physique, the newly developed muscular body stands approximately 33 cm tall and features silicone arms with a seamless joint design, showcasing his raw, intimidating strength.

Lobo’s multi-layered costume includes a brown sleeveless coat with bendable wire for dynamic posing, and a highly detailed black genuine leather material motorcycle vest adorned with silver spikes, gold buttons, and printed graphic details. His biker look is completed with a skull-buckle belt featuring real metal chains, fabric pants, multiple skull-themed armor pieces, and spiked shoes.

Of course, the Main Man is armed to the teeth. The figure includes his iconic chained hook with a real metal chain, brass knuckles, and a large knuckle for close-quarters brawling.
