Survive the Summer. Warner Bros. has released a bunch of striking new posters for the upcoming sci-fi thriller The End of Oak Street. Set to arrive in theaters on August 14, the film stars Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor as they navigate a world where prehistoric predators have become an all-too-real threat.

SYNOPSIS
After a mysterious cosmic event rips Oak Street from suburbia and transports their neighborhood to someplace unknown, the Platt family soon discovers that their very survival depends on them sticking together as they navigate their now unrecognizable surroundings.


RELEASE
Based on everything we’ve seen so far, The End of Oak Street is shaping up to be one of the most intriguing releases of the summer. Blending dinosaur-fueled thrills with mystery and suspense, the film evokes the spirit of classic creature features while promising a fresh take on the genre.
The project boasts an impressive creative team, with David Robert Mitchell directing and producing alongside J.J. Abrams, Hannah Minghella, Jon Cohen, Matt Jackson, and Tommy Harper. Executive producers include Chris Bender, Jake Weiner, Joanne Lee, and Leeann Stonebreaker, further strengthening the talent behind the production. Adding to the excitement, longtime Abrams collaborator Michael Giacchino is composing the score. Known for his memorable work across some of Hollywood’s biggest franchises, Giacchino’s involvement only heightens expectations for what could be one of the year’s standout cinematic events.
