Sky Unveils The First Look At The Upcoming Seductive Mystery Thriller Yaga

Sky has unveiled a first look at YAGA, a seductive, contemporary mystery thriller starring Carrie-Anne Moss (The Matrix), Noah Reid (Schitt’s Creek), Clark Backo (The Changeling), and Hudson Williams (Heated Rivalry). The eight-part Sky Exclusive series was created and written by Kat Sandler. Moreover, it will premiere exclusively in the UK and Ireland on Sky and streaming service NOW this October.
THE PREMISE
YAGA follows Rapp (Noah Reid), a private investigator who arrives in a small coastal town to investigate the disappearance of a young heir to a powerful fishery, Henry Park (Hudson Williams). He finds himself at odds with an apprehensive local detective, Carson (Clark Backo). Additionally, there is a charismatic university professor with a taste for younger men, Katherine (Carrie-Anne Moss). Rapp becomes tangled in a labyrinth of enigmatic suspects, secret lives, and ancient magic.
Additional cast includes Sheila McCarthy, Megan Follows, Ezra Franky, Patrick Gilmore, Katharine Isabelle, and Hiro Kanagawa. Along with them, Emilija Baranac, Georgia Acken, Anisa Harris, and Sam Krochmal also appear.

YAGA, a Crave Original series produced by Blink49 Studios and Front Street Pictures in association with Bell Media. David Frazee and Rachel Talalay serve as co-directors; Mackenzie Donaldson, Andrew Miller, and Carrie-Anne Moss are executive producers; and Charles Cooper is producer. Sphere Abacus is distributing YAGA internationally, and Lucy Criddle, the Director of Acquisitions and Strategic Projects at Sky, led the acquisition.
