Are you ready to experience Possible Love? You’ve got until October to prepare. Possible Love has unveiled its date announcement poster, confirming the film’s arrival on Netflix worldwide on November 6. It will also be released in cinemas in Korea on September 23. Then audiences in Australia can see it on October 22. Furthermore, it will arrive in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, and Japan on October 23rd.
THE PREMISE
The film follows two married couples — a laid-off worker and his wife, and a documentary filmmaker and her husband — whose paths cross when the filmmaker sets out to film them, bringing both marriages face to face with their different lives and hidden desires.
Making headlines with its official invitations to the Competition at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival and the Special Presentations section of the 51st Toronto International Film Festival, Possible Love will first meet audiences in theaters. After its theatrical run, Possible Love will be available globally on Netflix. This will allow audiences worldwide to enjoy the film.
The date announcement poster features Mi-ok (Jeon Do-yeon) and Ye-ji (Cho Yeo-jeong), standing apart beneath moonlit trees at dawn, creating an unsettling atmosphere that hints at the reckoning both couples are about to face.
RETURNING AFTER EIGHT YEARS
Director Lee Chang-dong’s first film in eight years, Possible Love stars Jeon Do-yeon, Sul Kyung-gu, Zo In-sung, and Cho Yeo-jeong. This marks one of the biggest ensembles of powerhouse Korean talent to appear together in a single film.
Possible Love arrives globally on Netflix on November 6.
