Nina Sosanya, Rizzle Kicks, Roman Kemp, and Paul Whitehouse join the flock in the Sky Original feature film Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom.
Sky today announces a host of special guest voice appearances for its upcoming Sky Original feature film, Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, also produced by Aardman and STUDIOCANAL. Nina Sosanya, Paul Whitehouse and Roman Kemp will join the Flock for Shaun’s biggest adventure yet. The film will also feature the previously announced Dani Dyer and Justin Fletcher. Justin returns as the voice of Shaun and Timmy. Additionally, alongside the eclectic guest voice cast, the film will also feature a brand-new remix of Shaun the Sheep’s iconic theme tune, Life’s A Treat, by British hip-hop duo Rizzle Kicks.
WHO’S PLAYING WHO
In this third stop-motion feature from multi-award-winning animation studio Aardman, Nina Sosanya will voice Mossingham’s trusted vet. Paul Whitehouse will play the local shopkeeper. Roman Kemp will appear as a Pizza Boy. Furthermore, Dani Dyer will voice the town’s social media-savvy Influencer in her first-ever animation voice acting role.
Rizzle Kicks brings a fresh remix to the end credits of the film, following their previous rework of the track for the first Shaun the Sheep Movie in 2015.

JORDAN STEPHENS AND HARLEY ALEXANDER-SULE
Jordan Stephens of Rizzle Kicks remarked:
“I’ve proudly said working with Aardman on the Shaun the Sheep soundtrack is one of my best moments. Shaun is just iconic and the song is a real banger.”
Harley Alexander-Sule added:
“We grew up watching Wallace & Gromit, so when we were asked to remix Life’s A Treat, it was a very easy decision to make. We had loads of fun in the studio putting a fresh spin on it and I can’t wait to watch the new film with my kids.”
THE PREMISE
Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom sees the residents of Mossy Bottom Farm looking forward to Halloween – until the clumsy Farmer trashes the Flock’s treasured pumpkin patch! When Shaun turns MAD SCIENTIST to fix the problem, things rapidly spiral out of control… Consequently, with the Farmer missing and a wild beast roaming the woods of Mossingham, all the ingredients are in place for a monstrously fun family adventure.
Aardman has partnered with Sky as the exclusive UK distributor, releasing the film theatrically across the UK. STUDIOCANAL is releasing the film theatrically in all of its territories except the U.K., including France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Benelux and Italy. GKIDS is handling the US release. Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom is the third stop-motion animated feature film from Aardman’s globally loved brand.

THIRTY YEARS PLUS OF SHAUN
2025 marked 30 years since Shaun’s first appearance in Wallace and Gromit: A Close Shave and the series is one of Aardman’s best-performing properties. It has been broadcast in 170 territories worldwide. Its seventh series airs later this year. The first Shaun the Sheep feature film was nominated for several awards, including a BAFTA and an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film. Notably, it was also one of the highest-grossing animated films of 2015. The second, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, was also Academy Award- and BAFTA-nominated and was widely praised by critics. In addition, in 2021, Aardman also released a half-hour special, the International Emmy-winning Shaun the Sheep: The Flight Before Christmas.
