THE OFFICIAL UK TOP TEN HOME ENTERTAINMENT CHART RUNDOWN
This week, three titles re-enter the chart. But where have they entered, what are they, and what is this week’s number one title? You’ve got a friend in me as we find out.
(1) TOY STORY 5
Toy Story 5 continues its winning streak on the Official Film Chart, securing a third consecutive week at Number 1. Disney and Pixar’s fifth Toy Story adventure reunites Woody, Buzz, Jessie and their friends as the toys come face-to-face with a thoroughly modern rival for Bonnie’s attention. The arrival of smart tablet Lilypad turns playtime on its head, forcing the gang to navigate what growing up in an increasingly digital world could mean for traditional toys.
(2) OBSESSION
Obsession remains at Number 2.
(3) MINIONS & MONSTERS
Minions & Monsters stays at Number 3.
(4) MICHAEL
Former chart-topper Michael holds firm at Number 4.
(5) JACKASS: BEST AND LAST
Jackass: Best and Last holds on to Number 5.
(6) THE SUPER MARIO GALAXY MOVIE
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie completes the unchanged upper half at Number 6.
(7) 28 DAYS LATER
There’s a blast from the past at Number 7 as Danny Boyle’s acclaimed horror 28 Days Later returns to the Top 10. Starring Cillian Murphy, the film follows bicycle courier Jim, who wakes from a coma in an abandoned London hospital to discover society has collapsed following the spread of a virus that sends those infected into a murderous rage. Joining a group of fellow survivors, Jim attempts to navigate a deserted and increasingly dangerous Britain.
(8) SUPERGIRL
Supergirl also makes a return to the countdown at Number 8.
(9) STAR WARS: THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU
Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu slips one place to Number 9.
(10) TUNER
Rounding out this week’s Top 10 is Tuner. Directed by Daniel Roher and starring Leo Woodall alongside Havana Rose Liu, Jean Reno and Dustin Hoffman, the crime thriller follows a gifted piano tuner whose finely tuned ear unexpectedly proves just as useful for cracking safes. His discovery of a talent for safecracking soon pulls him into a dangerous new world and upends his carefully ordered life.

And that is this week’s official UK top ten chart. Can Toy Story 5 hold the top spot again for a fourth week, or will something emerge to dethrone it? Can the live-action version of Moana manage to sink it after its debut on PVOD this week? You know what to do. So, until next time…
