Mankind’s Greatest Story Comes To Life With The Official Poster For Ramayana: Rise Of A Legend

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and starring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Sai Pallavi, the poster for Ramayana: Rise Of A Legend has been released.
Based on the ancient Sanskrit epic Ramayana by Valmiki, which chronicles the life and trials of Prince Rama of Ayodhya, this November sees the release of the Indian Hindi-language epic Ramayana: Rise Of A Legend. The film is a two-part adaptation of the celebrated epic. The film will hit cinemas on Diwali, November 6th. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, and Sai Pallavi, it will be available in both Hindi and English. Dharma Distribution is taking care of the film’s distribution in North India. Meanwhile, Sony Pictures Releasing is handling international distribution. Today marked the unveiling of the official poster for the film.
THE PREMISE
Based on the celebrated ancient epic known to billions. Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana: Rise of a Legend tells the story of Rama, a prince bound by sacrifice. Ravana, an immortal king driven by vengeance, and the prophecy that binds their fates together. It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi.
BEHIND THE FILM
The film showcases the talents of acclaimed filmmaker Namit Malhotra, whose Academy Award-winning visual effects company, DNEG, has crafted spectacular visuals for hits like The Odyssey, Dune, Interstellar, and Inception. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, known for helming the highest-grossing Indian film worldwide, Dangal, the project promises an impressive cinematic experience. The score features the work of Academy Award winners Hans Zimmer and A.R. Rahman, adding to the film’s artistic depth.
