Jumanji fans, get ready to roll the dice, because the game is about to change! Sony Pictures has officially unleashed a brand-new trailer for Jumanji: Open World, the latest installment in the legendary adventure franchise. The threequel is charging into cinemas this December, and if this latest footage is anything to go by, we’re in for one wild ride! But if the previous trailers haven’t quite satisfied your appetite for mayhem, the studio has just cranked things up to eleven. From rampaging rhinos to tricked-out Lamborghinis, this latest adventure looks ready to take the game to an entirely new level!

In addition to returning stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan, the film features a strong supporting cast. Returning cast members include Alex Wolff, Madison Iseman, Ser’Darius Blaine, Morgan Turner, Bebe Neuwirth, Danny DeVito, Lamorne Morris, Marin Hinkle, Nick Jonas, Awkwafina, and Rhys Darby. There are also new additions. These include Brittany O’Grady, Burn Gorman, Dan Hildebrand, and Jack Jewkes.

Despite mixed reactions from fans and critics, the rebooted Jumanji saga has been an undeniable box-office powerhouse. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle swung its way to a staggering $962 million worldwide, while its 2019 follow-up, Jumanji: The Next Level, piled on another impressive $800 million. With numbers like those, it’s hardly surprising that Sony Pictures is ready to roll the dice on another adventure!

Jumanji: Open World was originally expected to premiere on December 11, 2026. However, because it clashed with Dune: Part Three and Avengers: Doomsday, Sony pushed the US release back to Christmas Day. The UK release date is set for December 23rd.
