The Meg | “Pleased to Eat You” Trailer

The biggest shark in the fossil record is swimming in for a bite!

With the clock ticking down to the release of The Meg, it was only a matter of time before the advertising campaign fired up its voracious appetite. The Jason Statham fronted blockbuster appears to have everything going for it, but only time will tell if Warner Bros has remained true to the original source material and delivered the definitive version of a wonderfully suspenseful novel.

The inevitable comparison to Steven Spielberg’s all-time classic, Jaws has already reared its ugly head, but as fans of Steve Alten’s superb novel know all too well, The Meg is more than capable of emerging from its predecessors’ long shadow and staking a claim on the summer box office.

And, just when we thought it was safe to go back in the water, Warner Bros has unveiled the latest trailer, aptly named “Pleased to Eat You” which reveals all-new footage of the enormous Megalodon and its unsuspecting victims.
