The hunt has evolved.

Director Shane Black has worked tirelessly to ensure the Predator franchise is rejuvenated and restored to the big screen where it belongs and with the movies’ release fast approaching all eyes were on the Predator panel at San Diego Comic-Con.

Anticipation for the movie is its reaching peak and fans of the franchise have been enthralled by the stunning new trailer which revealed a terrifying look at the hybridised monster set to stalk the earth for prey. So, it came as no surprise when Shane Black and his incredible production team took to the stage armed with an abundance of new footage from the movie. And if that wasn’t enough, 20th Century Fox swiftly took to the internet to unveil a haunting new poster for the movie which is a graphically terrifying visage of The Predator’s face comprised entirely out of human skulls.

Furthermore, a new image from the film was released which reveals the “Fugitive” Predator as he has become known, at the controls of his alien craft. Obviously, this sequence happens long before his hybridised brethren arrives to make him his next gruesome trophy as the war between Predator species spills onto our planet.

The Predator franchise has always been regarded for its vivid imagery and gruesome tone and this incredible new poster is no exception. 20th Century Fox has knocked this poster out of the park and resurrected the essence of the once great franchise launched by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s classic original.

The Predator arrives on cinema screens around the world on September 14th.
