Higher. Further. Faster. Thomas ventures into new territory with the Marvel Legends Captain Marvel action figure
I have recently started collecting another line of figures – the Marvel Legends. I really loved Captain Marvel so after seeing the movie in cinemas, an awesome MCU movie! So I had to order her figure, I hesitated between the Marvel Legends version and the S.H. Figuarts one but I wasn’t convinced by the SHF so I went with Hasbro.
To my surprise I was really impressed by what was produced by Hasbro, like for the Black Series, they use the digital print technology on the Marvel Legends so the results are great! Captain Marvel is my first Marvel Legends figure but definitely not my last, many more are on the way!
The quality of the sculpt and the plastic are basically the same as the Black Series. The head sculpt for Brie Larson is really impressive, they even recreated the mole right on her face. There’s also something even better – the Marvel Legends figures have interchangeable heads and hands! Captain Marvel comes with an interchangeable face and two interchangeable hands! The additional parts are easily interchanged. The head with her helmet has the Brie Larson smile, it’s nice that it’s not just neutral expressions!
This figure has 18 points of articulation including the big neck joint that the old Black Series figures had, it seems the Marvel Legends still have this one. It seems to have good paint apps and screen accurate outfit.

I’m impressed with my first Marvel Legends figure and I have to say, it’s a great one!
