S.H. Figuarts Review | War Machine MK-4 (Avengers: Infinity War) Web Premium Exclusive
With Thanos searching for the Infinity Stones Thomas calls in Tamashii Nations’ superb War Machine action figure
War Machine is another “Web Premium Exclusive” action figure from S.H. Figuarts. Like many of its Marvel figures, Tamashii Nations only produces a select quantity making the figure a super-hot commodity and one that will inevitably become very hard to come by. War Machine was released in two different packaging variants – one basic and one with a base stand, that’s the one I’ll be reviewing.
This figure comes with some nice accessories – 8 interchangeable hands, 5 firing effects, 2 reactor effects, 2 flying mode ailerons, 1 machine gun, 2 missile launchers and a base stand with War Machine logo and name on it, the base stand works like a small case to put the accessories in it, which is pretty cool!
Just like Iron Man, this figure has some metal parts – the feet and some parts of the legs. And it’s actually a taller figure! It has 31 points of articulation, well actually 36 if you want the articulation on the flying mode ailerons and the machine gun!
I’m really impressed by this figure, it has amazing paint apps and the shade of colors they chose and the metallic aspect they’ve given it works perfectly! All the weaponry at the back is easily interchangeable and for once, I can say Figuarts really made the effort for the accessories!
Overall, War Machine is an incredible figure and comes with all the accessories needed to battle Thanos.
