Sylvester Stallone Brings Rambo back to the fight in the awesome new international posters for Rambo: Last Blood
You’ve got to hand it to Sylvester Stallone, the guy seems to be ageless. Whether he’s throwing punches as former heavyweight boxing champion Rocky Balboa or unleashing his lethal survival knife as the Vietnam veteran John Rambo, he can still hang with the very best of them.
The countdown is now officially on to the release of the fifth (and final?) Rambo movie titled Rambo: Last Blood and in the lead up to its release the Hollywood legend has been incredibly active on Instagram sharing posters, images and even trailers. However, the latest crop of official posters has appeared from a different source. IMP Awards has shared three new international posters for the movie which you can see below. Each is a variation of the launch poster featuring Rambo holding either his trusty survival knife or his faithful bow and arrow.
Here’s the official line for the movie:
When the daughter of one of his friends is kidnapped, Rambo (Stallone) — who has been working on a ranch — crosses the U.S.-Mexico border and quickly finds himself up against the full might of one of Mexico’s most violent cartels.
As a Rambo fan, I am delighted to see Stallone’s swansong getting this much attention. The last entry in the franchise was a wonderful new addition to the series and at the time did not receive the high profile advertising campaign it truly deserved. I am delighted to see Last Blood getting its just deserts.
Rambo: Last Blood will explode into cinemas on September 20th.
