Top 5 Moments | Spider-Man: Far From Home

Annlyel concludes her Marvel Cinematic Universe Best Moment Series with Tom Holland’s Spider-Man sequel

I have shared my favorite moments from all 22 previous Marvel Cinematic Universe films but now that I’ve seen Spider-Man: Far from Home (three times now) I can definitively say which is my favorite scene from the film.

My Five Favorite Scenes from 'Spider-Man: Far from Home'

The great thing about the Spider-Man films is their personal stories that pertain to Spider-Man’s story in a contained and efficient way. Spider-Man: Homecoming is all about Peter Parker trying to prove himself to Tony Stark and become an Avenger. Spider-Man: Far from Home takes Peter Parker, who is an Avenger now, and gives him another personal obstacle; how to handle being an Avenger and a normal teenager at the same time.

At the end of the film, Peter Parker ends up having MJ as a girlfriend and it’s so cute. It’s definitely my favorite Spider-Man romance by a thousand miles and the end of the film blatantly highlights Peter Parker’s joy as he takes MJ and together they swing through New York City in a super cute and lovable moment.

My Five Favorite Scenes from 'Spider-Man: Far from Home'

Seeing Peter Parker’s emotional journey as an Avenger and relationship with MJ evolve and grow throughout Far from Home is one of my favorite storylines that’s been presented in the MCU. That final scene in Spider-Man: Far from Home delivers so much joy that it’s undoubtedly my favorite moment in the film.

The best movies are the ones that get better and better until the very end and both Spider-Man films have done just that. I’m very interested in seeing how the next Spider-Man flick can build upon that jaw-dropping post-credit scene and deliver a powerful third film that’ll test Peter Parker who is now a fully-realized hero/Avenger.
