Thomas enters the Endgame to review the awesome new Hulk action figure from Tamashii Nations
Capitalizing on Avengers Endgame’s colossal box office success, Tamashii Nations continues to expand its line of figures for the biggest movie of all time. After the first wave of figures from April-May-June, all the other characters who have been released so far have been under the Bandai Web Premium banner. This time, it’s another of the core 6 characters – Hulk!
This version of Hulk is totally different from the previous ones. First of all, it’s not just Hulk, it’s the fusion of Bruce Banner and Hulk – Professor Hulk. This time, the face looks a lot more like Bruce Banner than the other times. And secondly, the outfit is a full outfit, he’s not shirtless anymore. Because of this change, Hulk is not as tall as the previous incarnations of the character but he’s still taller than other characters.
In terms of accessories, this figure comes with 4 interchangeable hands and 2 interchangeable heads. Considering this figure has been released months after the movie, I would have expected Iron Man’s infinity gauntlet with the stones to have been included. Though, if you have the Marvel Legends version, it does fit on him.
The head sculpts are beautiful, it’s spot on the Professor Hulk from the movie and you can see Mark Ruffalo in there. The second head sculpt includes a “looking in another direction” expression while I think with Hulk there were a lot of options for facial expressions! They reproduced the hair correctly with a little bit of gray on it!
The outfit and colors are screen accurate, it’s a nice change to see Hulk in another outfit.
This figure has 26 points of articulation so you can get him in a lot of action poses!
A great figure, perfect to add in your Avengers collection!
